Upper Ottawa Valley OPP are investigating after multiple stop signs were damaged in Barry’s Bay.
Police began investigating after it was reported that 24 stop signs were either damaged, spray painted or removed at various locations in town. The damage is believed to have occurred overnight between June 15-16, 2025.
This is not only a criminal offence, but can pose a danger to public safety. All stop signs have since been replaced.
