Shipping

The Printful facility prints and fulfills all our products on demand once you place an order. Due to the fulfillment time and international shipping and border control, delivery time can be longer than estimated. Please be patient with your order delivery.  If your package does not arrive within 10 days after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us for support. info@valleytips.ca

Estimated Shipping to Canada

  • Flat Rate (6-10 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard DDP (3-5 business days after fulfillment)

Estimated Shipping to the United States

  • Flat Rate (3-4 business days after fulfillment)
  • Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)
  • Overnight (1 business day after fulfillment)

Return Policy

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Claims

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
