Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers Online 50/50 Lottery

Lottery Period: January 1, 2026 – January 31, 2026

1. Sponsor & Purpose

The lottery is conducted by Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers.
Proceeds support crime prevention initiatives and community safety programs across Renfrew County.

2. Licensing & Compliance

Conducted under the authority of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
License number: RAF1524756.
All operations comply with Ontario Lottery and Gaming regulations.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be physically located in Ontario at the time of ticket purchase.
Members of the Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers Board of Directors and employees directly involved in lottery operations may be ineligible, subject to AGCO rules.

4. Ticket Sales

Tickets available online only through the approved platform.
Pricing:
- 1 ticket for $10
- 3 tickets for $20
- 10 tickets for $50
- 50 tickets for $100
Sales open January 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM (EST) and close January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST).

5. Draw Details

Draw date: February 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST).
Draw method: Random Number Generator (RNG) approved by AGCO.
Prize: 50% of gross ticket sales awarded to the winner; 50% retained by Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

Winner notified by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.
Winner must present valid government-issued ID and proof of ticket purchase.
Prize must be claimed within 6 months of the draw date.
If unclaimed, prize disposition will follow AGCO regulations (returned to Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers).

7. General Conditions

Tickets are non-refundable.
All disputes will be resolved by Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers in accordance with AGCO guidelines.
Rules are subject to change with regulatory approval.

Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers Online 50/50 Lottery
Raffle Period: April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026
Minimum Guaranteed Jackpot: $1,000 CAD

1. Sponsor & Purpose
● The 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”) is conducted by Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime
Stoppers (the “Sponsor”) in accordance with applicable provincial and municipal lottery
licensing regulations.
● Proceeds support crime prevention initiatives and community safety programs across
Renfrew County.

2. Licensing & Compliance
● Conducted under the authority of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
(AGCO).
● License number: RAF1539434.
● All operations comply with Ontario Lottery and Gaming regulations.

3. Eligibility
● The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket
purchase.
● Tickets may only be purchased and sold within the Province of Ontario.
● Members of the Renfrew County Crime Stoppers Board of Directors may be ineligible,
subject to AGCO rules.

4. Ticket Sales
● Tickets available online only through the approved platform.
● Pricing:
○ 1 ticket for $10
○ 3 tickets for $20
○ 10 tickets for $50
○ 50 tickets for $100
● Ticket sales begin at 12:00 AM on April 1, 2026.
● Ticket sales close at 11:59 PM on April 30, 2026.
● All prices are in Canadian dollars.

5. Draw Details
● The winning ticket will be drawn on May 1, 2026 at 12PM
● Draw method: Random Number Generator (RNG) approved by AGCO.
● Prize: 50% of gross ticket sales awarded to the winner; 50% retained by Renfrew
County Crime Stoppers.

6. Jackpot & Prize
● The total jackpot will be 50% of gross ticket sales.
● The winner will receive 50% of total ticket revenue collected.
● A minimum guaranteed jackpot of $1,000 CAD is ensured.
○ If ticket sales result in a prize amount less than $1,000, the Sponsor will increase
the prize to $1,000.

The remaining 50% of proceeds will support the programs and operations of Pembroke/Renfrew
County Crime Stoppers.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
● Winner notified by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.
● Winner must present valid government-issued ID and proof of ticket purchase.
● Prize must be claimed within 6 months of the draw date.
● If unclaimed, prize disposition will follow AGCO regulations (returned to Crime Stoppers).
● The winner may also be published on the Sponsor’s official website and/or social media
platforms.
