Propane lines cut, attempt to start fire
(PEMBROKE, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking witnesses and surveillance video to an early morning act of criminal mischief in the City’s downtown core.
An unknown person cut propane lines and attempted to start a fire in a recycling container at a business in the 0-100 block of Pembroke Street West in downtown Pembroke. The incident occurred at approximately 5:00 a.m. on September 30, 2023. The person of interest is described as a male with a red bandana covering their face, wearing blue jeans, a blue jacket, and a blue backpack.
