(PEMBROKE, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating acts of mischief at the Pembroke Marina and waterfront park. Between June 29 and June 30, 2022, new composite picnic tables in the Waterfront Park were damaged with etchings. The tables are located near the intersection of Albert Street and Fred Blackstein Boulevard. A graphic image was carved into the tables along with the names “Rocky” and “Alyssa”. Graffiti was also found in one of the washrooms at the nearby Pembroke Marina.
