Ministry Seeks Public’s Help in Case of Shot and Abandoned Moose

On October 19, 2018, conservation officers were made aware of a dead moose that had been located by a member of the public. Officers attended the location along Bronson Road in Algonquin Provincial Park and determined that the moose had been shot and abandoned.The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is seeking the public’s help in identifying the individual or individuals responsible for shooting and abandoning a bull moose.
